Helena brings operational leadership, legal expertise, and organizational stewardship to her role as Deputy COO. She is known for her structured approach and ability to bridge regulatory, legal, and operational functions.

She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Captor Fund Management (since 2023), having previously served as Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer (2016–2023). Helena is also a co-founder of NVO Riznica Mladosti, a non-profit supporting children with special needs in Montenegro.

She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a B.Sc. in Psychology, both from Uppsala University.
