When uncertainty forces others to sell below value, our structure enables us to be an opportunistic buyer. The core of the portfolio is held in stable cash-flow producing instruments such as corporate bonds. Alongside that, we selectively invest in high-growth companies where we can structure embedded upside participation, giving the fund exposure to equity-like returns without taking equity-like risk.

This addresses a clear gap in the European funding market. Growth companies past the venture stage, with real revenues, real cash flows, real scale, consistently struggle to find the right growth financing. The result: they look outside the region, and Europe loses the upside it helped create.
